One payout, a hundred orders. The agent finds the receipt behind it.

Your bank shows a payout from your shop platform or marketplace. Your accountant needs the payout report, the fee invoice and the refunds behind it. Heft's planned receipt agent fetches them from your inbox and seller portal and puts them next to the payment.

Where the receipts hide

Four places an online shop loses receipts.

Your bank shows one total. Behind it are sales, fees and chargebacks, each with its own proof.

  1. 01

    Payout reports

Shop platforms and marketplaces pay out in batches. Which orders make up the total is only in the report in the seller portal.

  2. 02

    Marketplace and payment fees

Fees are deducted from the payout. The invoice for them arrives once a month by email or sits in the provider's account.

  3. 03

    Refunds and chargebacks

A refund reduces the payout, a chargeback arrives weeks later. Both need the original order as proof.

    Stock and shipping

Suppliers, packaging and carriers send invoices to different addresses, some only as a download.

Questions from online sellers

Does it work with my shop platform?

Which shop platforms and marketplaces are supported at launch, we'll decide with the first users. Email support@namequick.app and tell us what you use.

Does Heft do the bookkeeping too?

At launch the agent collects receipts and prepares the month for your accountant. Bookkeeping itself is planned for later.

What happens to my bank and shop data?

EU processing and read-only bank access are planned. The agent only fetches what it needs for the receipt behind a payment, and nothing goes out without your approval.
