One trip, three receipts. The agent keeps them in one place.
Your account shows the train, the hotel and the dinner with a client. The ticket is in an app, the hotel invoice in your inbox, the meal receipt a photo on your phone. Heft's planned receipt agent starts from the bank payment, searches your inbox, takes photos of paper receipts and puts everything next to the payment.

Where the receipts hide
Four places consultants lose receipts.
Your bank shows a credit card statement. Behind it are trips, meetings and running costs, each with its own proof.
- 01
Train, flights and hotels
Tickets and bookings arrive by email or sit in the provider's customer account, often under a personal address.
Inbox & portalsSearch planned - 02
Business meals
The meal receipt is usually paper, and the occasion and guests that belong with it are not on the till receipt.
Photo uploadUpload planned - 03
Taxis, parking and small amounts
Small receipts get lost fastest. A photo after the meeting is enough when the agent asks for it.

Phone, software and training
Phone contracts, software and courses run for months. The invoices arrive by email or sit in the customer account.

Questions from consultants and coaches
Can I photograph paper receipts?
That's planned. You upload a photo and the agent puts it next to the matching payment. If a receipt is missing, it asks you once.
Does Heft do the bookkeeping too?
At launch the agent collects receipts and prepares the month for your accountant. Bookkeeping itself is planned for later.
What happens to my bank and travel data?
EU processing and read-only bank access are planned. The agent only fetches what it needs for the receipt behind a payment, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Guides for consultants and coaches
