Stripe pays out net. The agent finds what's in between.
Your bank receives a Stripe payout, minus fees and refunds. Alongside it run cloud invoices in dollars and AI services that bill whoever signed up. Heft's planned receipt agent starts from every bank payment, searches your inbox and provider portals, and puts the receipts next to the payment.

Where the receipts hide
Four places a SaaS company loses receipts.
Your bank shows net payouts and charges in foreign currency. Each one has its own proof behind it.
- 01
Stripe payouts
Stripe pays out in batches, net of fees. Which payments, fees and refunds make up the total is in the payout report in the provider account.
Provider accountRetrieval planned - 02
Cloud and infrastructure
Cloud providers bill monthly in dollars and put the invoice in your customer account. The amount on your bank differs because of the exchange rate.
Supplier portalsRetrieval planned - 03
AI services and developer tools
The invoice goes to whoever signed up, not to finance. Often it sits in a personal inbox.

Providers abroad
Many tools bill from abroad. For VAT, your accountant needs the full invoice, not just the bank charge.

Questions from software and SaaS companies
Does it work with Stripe?
Stripe payouts are a typical case the agent is meant to match. Which payment providers and portals are supported at launch, we'll decide with the first users. Email support@namequick.app and tell us what you use.
Does Heft do the bookkeeping too?
At launch the agent collects receipts and prepares the month for your accountant. Bookkeeping itself is planned for later.
What happens to my bank and payment data?
EU processing and read-only bank access are planned. The agent only fetches what it needs for the receipt behind a payment, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Guides for software and SaaS
Most of Heft's detailed guides are in German for now. These are available in English.
