Twenty subscriptions, twenty logins. The agent fetches the invoice behind each.
Every month your account shows charges for design tools, hosting, ads and stock photos. The invoices rarely land in your inbox; they sit in the vendor's customer account. Heft's planned receipt agent starts from the charge, searches your inbox and supplier portals, and puts the invoice next to the payment.

Where the receipts hide
Four places an agency loses receipts.
Your bank shows a credit card statement or a single charge. The invoice sits with the vendor, in your inbox or on your phone.

Questions from agencies and freelancers
I use lots of small tools. Do I have to set up each one?
The plan is for the agent to start from the charge and search your inbox and the portals you've connected. What it can't find there, it asks you once. Which portals are supported at launch, we'll decide with the first users.
Does Heft do the bookkeeping too?
At launch the agent collects receipts and prepares the month for your accountant. Bookkeeping itself is planned for later.
What happens to my bank and client data?
EU processing and read-only bank access are planned. The agent only fetches what it needs for the receipt behind a payment, and nothing goes out without your approval.
