Smart Rename follows your selection, plus Preset and Review fixes

This update fixes Smart Rename, keyboard shortcuts, and several Preset and Review issues.

• Smart Rename follows your selection. A watched folder's Preset no longer overrides the mode you choose for a manual rename, including runs started from the hotkey or menu bar.
• More consistent names and previews. Smart Rename requests complete naming responses. Structured Presets preserve their layout, date formats, prefixes and suffixes, while keeping whole-name Cleanup instructions in effect. Examples update when you edit a Preset.
• Better Preset compatibility. Imported Mac Presets retain optional fields and separators. Affected imports are repaired without replacing your edits. The untouched Invoice starter now gives clearer date, supplier and total instructions.
• Review actions work immediately. Fill in works on newly generated suggestions without restarting the app. Naming-conflict failures stay visible, and unsupported files can be kept with their original names.
• More reliable Quick Rename and startup. Fixes cover dropped files, shortcut changes, background launch and the saved Dock preference on Mac.
• Fewer incorrect missing-file states. Startup recovery recognizes files that were successfully moved to another folder.

To refresh suggestions made before this update, select those files and run Smart Rename or your Preset again.
