Early access: how it works
Heft is in development. When you join, you go on the waiting list and get an invite as soon as a place opens. Here's what happens then.

Getting your invite
Join
On the Heft page you enter your email address. Heft then asks what it should take over for you: your receipts, or your bookkeeping through to the year-end.
Wait for your place
We invite people in the order they joined: the earlier you signed up, the sooner it's your turn. You don't need to do anything until then.
Invite by email
It goes to the address you joined with, with your link into the app.
Create your account
You sign in with a code sent by email. Heft asks about your company in the chat, and you accept the terms. Then you connect your bank account.
What you start with
With the receipt agent. You connect your bank account and your Gmail mailbox, or forward invoices to your Heft address. Heft finds the receipt for every payment and only asks you when it gets stuck. Bookkeeping through to the EÜR or annual accounts comes later.
What's built and what's comingWhat it costs
- Receipt agent
- €19 a month, up to 50 payments
- Receipt agent Plus
- €39 a month, up to 150 payments
Planned launch prices, plus VAT, may change.
Your first full month is free
You pay nothing until the end of the first full calendar month after the day you create your account. Create it on 14 November and Heft is free until 31 December. You don't need a card for that.
After that
Before the free period ends, Heft asks you for a payment method. Billing starts only then, every month at your plan's price. Without a payment method Heft stops collecting receipts; you can still read everything.
Cancelling
Any time in the app, under Settings › Plan and billing. First you download the export of your data, because you must keep receipts for up to 10 years. After cancelling you can still sign in and read everything.
Who can join
Companies in Germany: sole traders, freelancers, GmbH and UG. In the Netherlands, sole traders (eenmanszaak) first.
