Smart Rename suggests names more reliably, dates use YYYY-MM-DD

This update improves Smart Rename for photos, screenshots and readable documents.

• Smart Rename now chooses a name from the visible content and type of file, reducing cases where it could describe a file but would not suggest a filename.
• Dates in Smart Rename filenames use YYYY-MM-DD where the date is clear. Month-only and year-only dates keep their original precision.

To refresh an existing suggestion, select the file and run Smart Rename again.
