Introducing Quick Organize for messy folders. Select a batch of files and NameQuick reads them, groups them into suggested folders, and proposes clear filenames. You can review and adjust the complete plan before approving any changes. Quick Organize is available with Managed AI and supported cloud AI providers.

Choose how Quick Organize names your files. Use Smart Rename, your default prompt, a selected prompt, or a naming template from the Organize settings.
A clearer plan while files are being organized. Folder and filename suggestions now appear as they become ready, with separate sections for files still being sorted and files that need your review.
Better folder suggestions for mixed batches. Quick Organize now favors practical, distinct folders instead of splitting files across overlapping or nearly identical categories.
Better managed AI filename suggestions. Managed renaming now does a better job of preserving useful document details such as invoice numbers, dates, and distinguishing terms.
Faster managed renaming for smaller documents. Small files can now be processed directly instead of always waiting for a separate upload.
Clearer credit use during Quick Organize. Managed plans now show sorting and renaming credits separately and keep enough approved credits available for each part of the plan.
More reliable local AI setup on slower Macs. NameQuick now gives the local engine more time to start and retries temporary verification timeouts without downloading it again.
Safer repairs for local AI. NameQuick keeps the current local engine available until its replacement has been successfully checked.

Fixed large Quick Organize plans becoming unresponsive. Expanding destination groups and reviewing many files should now remain responsive as suggestions arrive.
Fixed blocked Quick Organize plans continuing unexpectedly. A declined or unavailable cloud-AI run now stays blocked instead of becoming ready to apply.
Fixed recovery actions pointing to the wrong plan. License and credit messages now take you to the option that matches your current AI setup.
Fixed local AI installations being incorrectly rejected. Temporary startup delays are no longer reported as an incompatible Mac, and NameQuick now gives you a clear option to try the installation again when verification cannot finish.
