A fix release for the first days of NameQuick 3. Nothing changes about how the app works; four things that went wrong for Self-Managed trials and for managed subscribers are put right.
Fixes
- Managed subscribers are never asked for an API key. A subscription or an active managed trial always counts as ready to rename; the provider-key check is only asked of Self-Managed accounts. Before this, a managed run could park with "add an API key" on a fresh install.
- A spent Self-Managed trial stops cleanly. When the trial's renames are used up, the run pauses at that file and keeps it for later — it no longer keeps calling the model and then marking each answer as failed. The same holds for a managed balance that runs out mid-run.
- One number everywhere. The trial's remaining renames are read from one live meter, so the status pill, the paused banner, the run face and the Review footer agree.
- Self-Managed doors lead to Self-Managed places. "Add credits", "Manage subscription", low-balance notices, the Assistant's out-of-credits message, the Quick Organize Apply button, preset tests and the email-ingest route now speak of renames and open the Self-Managed licence checkout, never the managed customer portal. An externally licensed install that chose Self-Managed is shown the key setup instead of a run that cannot start.
