Small fixes across the app, and the app's anonymous usage reporting works again.

Fixes

• The file list loads itself. Scrolling near the end of All Files fetches the next files automatically; the Load more button remains as a fallback.
• Update notes in your language. The "What's new" sheet shows the release notes in the app's language instead of every language at once.
• The update banner respects the window controls. With the sidebar hidden on macOS, the banner no longer slides under the close/minimize buttons.
• Anonymous usage reporting works again. The packaged app's telemetry was being rejected by the analytics service; it now authenticates correctly. As before: anonymous, no file names, no file contents.
