• Metadata results are now more consistent across AI providers. Filename, tags, and description generation now behaves more predictably when you switch between supported providers.
• The update banner now includes a full "What's New" view. You can expand details in-app, review highlights, and choose to install now or be reminded later.

Improvements

• Metadata handling is more reliable when AI responses are incomplete. NameQuick now recovers more often instead of failing, and continues with filename-only output when needed.
• Template placeholders are more reliable across languages and regions. Date placeholders are more stable, and field matching now handles accented characters more accurately.
• Network error handling is faster and more resilient. Temporary connection failures are detected earlier so stuck AI runs recover faster.
• PDF processing now defaults to fewer pages. The default limit moved from 15 pages to 5 to keep processing faster and reduce unnecessary usage.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed credit balances resetting unexpectedly after sync. Your balance now stays stable during normal account refreshes.
• Fixed several edge cases where metadata fallback could behave inconsistently. Recovery behavior is now more predictable when a provider response fails mid-flow.
• Fixed provider-specific metadata request issues for OpenRouter and Gemini. Metadata generation now succeeds more reliably in those paths.
• Fixed free-form naming output that could alter intended punctuation. Meaningful hyphens are now preserved.
• Fixed BYOK trial and account identity continuity issues. Access state and account identity now remain consistent across sessions and account transitions.
• Fixed update banner state and release-notes parsing issues. Update details now display more reliably in different feed formats.
